Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
At QuickBillFree (accessible from quickbillfree.com), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by QuickBillFree and how we use it.
1. 100% Client-Side Architecture (Your Financial Privacy)
Unlike traditional invoicing software, QuickBillFree is built on a client-side architecture. When you create an invoice, enter billing names, rates, line items, bank details, or upload logos:
- No invoice details are sent to or stored on our servers.
- All calculations, PDF formatting, and image processing happen directly inside your web browser.
- Saved client profiles and invoice drafts are kept in your device’s local browser storage (
localStorage) and are never accessible to third parties.
2. Log Files & Analytics
QuickBillFree follows a standard procedure of using log files and Google Analytics to measure web traffic. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of this information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user movement, and gathering demographic information.
3. Cookies and Advertising Partners
Like any other website, QuickBillFree uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
Google DoubleClick DART Cookie:
- Google is one of the third-party vendors on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to quickbillfree.com and other sites on the internet.
- Visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google ad and content network Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
4. Third-Party Privacy Policies
QuickBillFree's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
5. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers, or request deletion. We do not sell your personal data.
6. GDPR Data Protection Rights
We want to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the right to access, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, and data portability.
7. Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. QuickBillFree does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
